How To Apply
Step 1: Complete Our Online Application Form Begin your journey with us by filling out our straightforward online application form. This is your first step towards joining a team where your efforts will be valued and appreciated.
Step 2: Face-to-Face Interview once we review your application, we will arrange a face-to-face interview. Please bring your ID and the requested paperwork to be verified against your curriculum vitae and application. This meeting allows us to get to know you better and assess your suitability for the role.
Step 3: Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) CheckYour application will be submitted for a DBS check. This is a crucial step to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients. Please note that you will be responsible for the payment of the DBS check.
Step 4: Shadowing an Experienced Carer or Key-Support WorkerIf you are cleared with the DBS, we will arrange for you to shadow an experienced carer or key-support worker. This hands-on experience will give you a practical understanding of your role and help you learn best practices from seasoned professionals.
Step 5: Feedback and ConfirmationAfter the shadowing period, we will review the feedback from your experience. If the feedback is positive, we will gladly offer you a position. At this stage, we will confirm your contract, start date, and working times. You will also receive your uniform, marking your official entry into our team.
Step 6: Training Course Finally, you will be called in for a comprehensive training course. This course is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as a carer or key-support worker. Our training ensures you are well-prepared to provide the highest standard of care to our clients.
